NOTE Before Visiting
Not all of the Museum's buildings are handicap accessible. These buildings are the Millhouse, Schoolhouse, and Clancy's second floor. However, do not worry! We are working on a virtual tour of these buildings so visitors can experience them. Keep in mind for planning, a regular tour is roughly 1.5 to 2 hours long during the regular tour season. Please plan accordingly. Thank you!
We ask if you are bringing a group of 8 or more to SCHEDULE a tour with us. This will allow us to plan the volunteers we will need to provide the best experience at the Humboldt Co. Historical Museum! Group rate is just a free will donation to the Museum!
If your family has donated items to the Museum and you wish to see them, we require an appointment to be scheduled in advance. This provides us enough time to locate the items and display them for you to see on your visit to the Museum. Thank you!
